Responsibilities
As a Bartender, your main duties will include:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for bar and restaurant customers.
- Taking orders from guests and serving snacks and drinks promptly.
- Recommending drinks based on customers’ preferences and tastes.
- Mixing ingredients to create cocktails and presenting the bar menu.
- Checking IDs to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age.
- Restocking bar supplies and ensuring the bar remains clean and organized.
- Following all food and beverage regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a bartender.
- Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to keep the bar tidy and well-stocked.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus.
- Relevant bartending certification is required.
