Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality cleaning.
- Create and enforce cleaning schedules and standards for all areas.
- Inspect the premises regularly to ensure everything meets cleanliness standards.
- Provide training and guidance to the housekeeping team, ensuring they follow procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address customer complaints and resolve them quickly.
- Ensure a good understanding of housekeeping, pest control, and pool maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (+2), or a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Facilities, or Hospitality.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Ability to draft professional emails and experience with ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- Must hold a valid Bahrain or GCC driving license.
