Responsibilities
- Client Follow-Up: Reach out to clients for billing inquiries and pending balances, and check on quotation statuses.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by preparing estimates and quotations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish the Monthly Expenses Report on time for review by the General Manager before salary distribution.
- Income Statements: Generate income statements and issue cheques as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an accountant.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting.
