Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing project budgets and estimates.
- Conducting cost analysis and forecasting for villa projects.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Monitoring project progress and costs, making adjustments as needed.
- Preparing reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in villa projects.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software for quantity surveying and project management.
