Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Communicate regularly with existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
- Price Management: Prepare, update, and monitor product price lists for the showroom.
- Client Interaction: Attend to walk-in clients and assist them with inquiries.
- Call Management: Answer and transfer phone calls as needed.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and prepare meeting and training rooms.
- Design Creation: Create designs and produce detailed drawings for clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various team members, including administration, estimators, procurement, and external professionals like engineers and contractors.
- Progress Monitoring: Attend regular meetings to monitor ongoing projects.
- Floor Plan Drafting: Draft detailed plans for floors, walls, and ceilings based on job requirements.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with colleagues about project status and new projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in interior design and sales.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
