Responsibilities
- Coaching Sessions: Conduct three football training sessions each week and two gym training sessions to enhance athletic performance.
- Player Development: Focus on improving the skills and abilities of young players through personalized coaching strategies.
- Motivation and Leadership: Inspire and motivate players to reach their full potential, fostering a positive and encouraging training environment.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise in football regulations, strategies, and tactics to educate and improve player performance.
- Progress Monitoring: Assess the progress of the player regularly and adjust training methods as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience at the national level.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with players and parents.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational abilities to inspire young athletes.
- Football Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of football rules, strategies, and tactics.
- Fitness Knowledge: Familiarity with fitness training and techniques to improve overall player fitness.
