Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Development: Collaborate in creating strategies to enhance IT infrastructure.

- Virtualization: Deploy and manage virtual environments using technologies like Hyper-V.

- System Monitoring: Monitor performance to guarantee reliability and availability of systems.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve escalated technical issues requiring specialized expertise.
- Data Management: Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans, including regular data backups.
- Security Management: Enforce security policies and conduct audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with local vendors for equipment needs and troubleshoot any issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in computer systems administration, with a focus on IT infrastructure and security.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS and Azure), virtualization (Hyper-V), and system management tools.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
