Key Responsibilities
As an Account Assistant, your duties will include:
- Communicating effectively with clients to schedule services.
- Coordinating with service personnel to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Monitoring daily communications and addressing any client inquiries.
- Preparing statutory accounts and ensuring accuracy in payments and records.
- Processing invoices and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Utilizing Tally sheets for accurate accounting.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Tally sheets is preferred.
