Key Responsibilities
As a Java Developer, you will:
- Develop applications using Java SE and Java EE technologies.
- Create web applications and standalone systems within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Implement database development using Hibernate and JPA.
- Utilize Eclipse for Java development tasks.
- Build user interfaces with HTML, JSF, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs for various applications.
- Review and address technical service requests and changes raised by the business and information security teams.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
- Certification in Java (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of application development using Java technologies.
- Experience with multi-threading, OOP, Hibernate, JPA, and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Spring, JSF, PrimeFaces, Azure, Git, SVN, XML, JSON, and tools like SoapUI and Postman.
- Experience in building banking applications is highly desirable.
