Key Responsibilities
As a Shop Worker, your main duties will include:
- Assisting customers with their equipment rental needs and providing excellent service.
- Maintaining and organizing the shop to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Handling equipment for rental, including checking items in and out.
- Performing basic maintenance on rental equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Processing payments and managing customer transactions.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Previous experience in a shop or customer service role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of equipment handling is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Preference will be given to Bangladeshi or Indian candidates, as per company policy.
