Responsibilities
Accounting Tasks:
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file tax returns on time.
- Monitor cash flow and track financial transactions.
Administrative Tasks:
- Supervise daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures.
- Organize and maintain records and documentation.
- Facilitate communication among different departments.
- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure availability.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the accounting and administrative team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and organize training sessions.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial reports to management.
- Analyze financial data to assist in decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
