Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist the patient with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Medication Management: Ensure that medications are taken on time as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to the patient to enhance their quality of life.
- Mobility Assistance: Help the patient with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair or chair.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with the patient’s family regarding the patient’s condition and needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a caregiver, especially with stroke patients, is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy: A caring and compassionate attitude towards patients.
- Local Transfer: Candidates must be available for local transfer only.
