Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
- Schedule Management: Create and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Budget Management: Manage maintenance budgets and control expenses.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and prepare necessary reports.
- Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to address maintenance needs and suggest improvements.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer use for report generation.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of maintenance systems and equipment.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Multitasking: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Bahrain.
- AC Experience: Experience with VRV A/C systems, including installation and maintenance.
