Responsibilities:
- Roller Operator: Operate roller machines to compact asphalt and other materials on road construction sites.
- Milling Machine Operator: Use milling machines to remove pavement surfaces effectively and prepare roads for repairs.
- Paver Machine Operator: Control paver machines to lay asphalt on roadways, ensuring smooth and even surfaces.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery.
- Maintenance Checks: Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and follow instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience operating rolling, milling, and paver machines is essential.
- Licenses: A valid GCC driving license for operating all relevant machinery is required.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
