Responsibilities
The responsibilities for each position include:
- Sales Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation):
- Provide technical support to clients and assist in product selection.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Develop relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Sales Executive (Architectural/Decorative/Ironmongery):
- Promote and sell products to clients in the architectural and decorative sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Manager (Exports – Solar Products):
- Develop and implement sales strategies for solar products in international markets.
- Manage the sales team and monitor performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and customers.
- Finance Manager:
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Accounts Officer:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Assist with audits and tax compliance.
- Stores Officer/Keeper:
- Manage inventory and stock levels.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all supplies.
- Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Confidential Secretary (Male or Female):
- Provide administrative support to executives.
- Manage schedules and organize meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- A minimum of five years of experience in their respective field within Bahrain.
- Relevant educational qualifications in their area of expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and dedicated work ethic.
