Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product awareness and increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our products.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Keep accurate and timely records of sales activities, including the sales pipeline and business contacts.
- Introduce and sell company products to customers effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in sales within the lighting industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- License: Must have a valid GCC driving license.
