Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hotel, restaurant, and catering sectors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with teams in Accounts and Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and excellent customer service.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management to track performance and strategy effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably within retail and HORECA sectors.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
