Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees skilled in civil work, masonry, joinery, painting, MEP, and HVAC.
- Estimate, guide, and supervise minor renovation projects independently or with minimal supervision.
- Calculate volumes and metric measurements to determine the required materials.
- Troubleshoot minor issues related to AC, MEP, electrical systems, and fire fighting equipment.
- Supervise and perform preventative maintenance (monthly PPM) on electrical systems to avoid equipment failures and downtime.
- Support civil, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing activities as a charge hand within the team.
- Interact professionally with customers, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing expert advice.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5-7 years in a similar supervisory role.
- Language Skills: Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Driving License: A valid Bahrain or GCC driving license is required.
