Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead a team of workers skilled in civil, masonry, joinery, painting, MEP, and HVAC trades.
- Project Supervision: Estimate and supervise minor renovation projects independently or with minimal supervision.
- Measurements & Estimation: Calculate volume and metric measurements to determine the necessary materials for projects.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor issues related to air conditioning, MEP, electrical systems, and fire-fighting equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance: Oversee or perform monthly preventative maintenance checks on electrical systems to minimize equipment failures.
- Support Activities: Work as a charge hand, supporting civil, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing tasks within the team.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally, addressing their questions and providing helpful advice.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years in a similar role.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Driving License: A valid Bahrain or GCC driving license is required.
