Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Order Management: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coffee Preparation: Operate the espresso coffee machine and other coffee-related equipment to prepare beverages.
- Point of Sale: Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders and payments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Pressure Handling: Manage busy periods while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Availability: Must be currently in Bahrain and able to start immediately.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Coffee Knowledge: Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee-making techniques.
- POS Proficiency: Experience using Point of Sale systems.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and support colleagues.
