Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Needs Assessment: Understand customers’ requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns regarding our products promptly.
- Customer Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Data Management: Update customer information in our system for future reference.
- Inventory Monitoring: Check store inventory regularly and report findings to the Sales Manager.
- Sales Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively.
- Sales Aptitude: Ability to meet sales targets and provide excellent product knowledge.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
