Responsibilities
- Stocking Shelves: Arrange and stock products on shelves to ensure they are visually appealing and easy to find.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report items that need replenishment.
- Product Organization: Keep shelves clean and organized, removing expired or damaged items as necessary.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers locate products and answer any questions they may have.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to assist customers effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods.
