Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
- Compile and manage commission reports along with other related data.
- Handle petty cash transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Attend meetings and take minutes for documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Transferable visa (No. 18) is required.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems.
- Preference will be given to Indian candidates, particularly from Kerala.
