Responsibilities
As a Cost Accountant, your main duties will include:
- Cost Analysis: Analyze costs to help the company improve profitability and reduce expenses.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure they align with financial goals.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports and provide insights for management decisions.
- Inventory Oversight: Track inventory levels and costs associated with food and supplies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Education: A degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or completion of CA Inter.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Kuwait, specifically in cost accounting.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
