Responsibilities:
- Review tenders in detail, including contractual and commercial terms, and conduct thorough risk analysis.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive techno-commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain a database of vendors for efficient project execution.
- Prepare variations in estimates and manage cost monitoring.
- Coordinate with the project execution team and commercial departments to handle cost preparations, variations, valuations, and claims.
- Set cost estimate targets during the design and development phase and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee project management and execution of electrical construction work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license.
- Ability to coordinate tendering functions for effective communication between internal departments and external suppliers/vendors.
- Strong business and commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated leader with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
