Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel)

Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with over 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in developing web applications, particularly with PHP and Laravel, and will have experience in managing a development team. Experience with ERP systems, especially in the supermarket sector, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel.
• Lead the development team, offering guidance and support to junior developers.
• Design and manage databases with SQL Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of ERP solutions.
• Work specifically on ERP systems, with a preference for supermarket ERP solutions.
• Deliver high-quality code while managing project timelines.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues, including after-duty calls.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of experience in full-stack development with PHP and Laravel.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader, overseeing development teams.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly in the supermarket industry (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.

• Basic Salary: 300 KWD
