Responsibilities:
- Respond to queries from applicants and provide guidance on rules and regulations.
- Communicate politely and effectively with applicants to assist them through the application process.
- Perform accurate data entry with minimal errors.
- Handle cash transactions and report them accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive experience for applicants.
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Arabic typing skills.
- Must possess a valid residence visa in Kuwait.
- Flexible with working hours and a team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of 225 KWD.
- Working days are Saturday to Thursday, with Friday off.
