Introduction:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team. If you have KNPC and KOC approval and hold a valid KSE card, we prioritize your application. We currently have openings for an Architect and a Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveyor:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential costs.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver successful projects.
Architect:
- Develop innovative architectural designs that meet client specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and present design ideas.
Qualifications:
- For Quantity Surveyor:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- For Architect:
- Valid KSE card and relevant architectural qualifications.
- Experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficient in design software and tools.
