Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Handle correspondence and communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
  • Perform computer typing tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support management with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including typing and familiarity with office software.
  • Candidates from Salmiya will be given preference.
  • A positive attitude and excellent organizational skills are a must.
