Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash balances and ensure accurate financial operations.
- Oversee financial reporting systems, ensuring timely and precise reports.
- Maintain adequate cash flow to support all business operations effectively.
- Forecast cash payments and identify potential cash flow challenges.
- Prepare and present financial reports for meetings and investors.
- Collaborate with executives to develop budgets and monitor profit/loss performance.
- Create solutions for new financial challenges using your financial expertise.
- Communicate financial issues with various departments and provide necessary guidance.
- Supervise Finance Department staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Report on fiscal profit or loss regularly, either yearly or weekly.
- Manage financial transactions within and outside the company.
- Maintain accurate audit spreadsheets and stay updated on financial regulations.
- Build positive relationships with employees, suppliers, and management to foster collaboration.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, CFC, IFR, or CPA are preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
- Candidates should be Kuwaiti or of Arab nationality and under the age of 35.
