Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives and management teams.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
