Position 1: Machine Operator (EPS)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machine parameters to ensure the production of high-quality products following ASTM procedures.
- Calibrate and inspect equipment at the start of each shift to maintain optimal pressure, speed, temperature, and operation.
- Ensure efficient machine operation while producing products that meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve any complications that arise during production.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure continuous production with minimal waste of time and materials.
- Report any machine malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or maintenance on defective components.
- Adhere to occupational safety and health standards (OSHA), and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Qualifications:
- Technical qualification, ITI certification, or diploma.
- 3-5 years of experience operating Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) machines is a plus.
- Experience in the plastic industry is advantageous.
Position 2: Skilled Worker
Responsibilities:
- Perform packing, cutting, and housekeeping tasks in the plant and warehouse.
- Supervise and direct unskilled laborers.
- Lift and carry items as needed.
- Organize materials during production and assist with inventory counting.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
- Support production activities as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or ITI certificate.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic English communication skills are essential.
