Responsibilities
As an office secretary, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communication: Assist clients and candidates through emails and calls, ensuring clear communication.
- Document Preparation: Create and manage documents, including Word files, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Form Creation: Make Google Forms for various office needs.
- Scheduling: Arrange online Zoom and offline interviews with clients and candidates from around the world.
- Video Editing: Support video editing tasks as needed to enhance presentations and communications.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in typing, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic video editing software.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing near Hawally are preferred, especially for split shifts.
- Cultural Fit: Keralite or Tamil speakers are preferred due to our client base in Kerala.
- Residency: Any residency status is acceptable.
Benefits
We offer a starting salary of 150 KD, along with:
- Transportation Allowance: Assistance with transportation costs.
- Flexible Shifts: Work straight or split shifts (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9 AM – 1 PM & 5 PM – 9 PM).
- Performance Review: A three-month probation period, with potential salary increases based on performance.
