Responsibilities:
- Assist with purchasing tasks by maintaining stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Research potential vendors and monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Understand shipping, transportation, and customs clearance processes.
- Update internal databases with order details, including dates, vendor names, quantities, and discounts.
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm or modify orders as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in excellent condition.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer, or in a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field are also welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of shipping, transportation, and customs procedures is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
