Responsibilities
For the Breakfast Cook:
- Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of traditional South Indian breakfast dishes.
- Menu Development: Assist in creating and updating the breakfast menu with authentic recipes.
- Food Safety: Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
For the Waiters:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to guests, taking orders and ensuring their needs are met.
- Table Management: Set up and clean tables, and ensure the dining area is welcoming and organized.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Qualifications
To qualify for these positions, candidates should have:
- For the Cook: Experience in South Indian cooking, with a strong understanding of traditional dishes.
- For the Waiters: Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
