Responsibilities:
- Shop Salesman:
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- E-Commerce Sales Associate:
- Manage online sales and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Update product listings and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products online.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Transferable Visa 18 (Ahli).
- Strong customer service skills with excellent English communication abilities.
- Preferably available to join immediately.
