Responsibilities:
- Heavy Driver:
- Safely operate heavy vehicles for transporting goods and materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of items to specified locations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Data Entry Operator:
- Accurately input data into the company’s database and systems.
- Verify and update existing data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the operations team.
Qualifications:
- For Heavy Driver:
- Valid heavy vehicle driving license.
- Proven experience as a heavy driver is preferred.
- Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety practices.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- For Data Entry Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry and typing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
