Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the salon.
- Manage appointment bookings and phone calls.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have an 18 transferable visa and have resided in Kuwait for more than 9 months.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
