Carpentry Workshop Foreman

Introduction:
A well-reputed company in Muscat is urgently seeking an experienced Carpentry Workshop Foreman to lead our carpentry team. If you have a passion for carpentry and excellent leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in the carpentry workshop and manage the team.
• Ensure high-quality standards in all carpentry work and projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide carpentry projects.
• Train and mentor team members on carpentry techniques and safety practices.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during carpentry work.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar carpentry role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the team.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in carpentry is preferred.
• An Omani driving license is a plus.
