Female Receptionist for Ladies Gym in Mabillah South

Introduction to the Job: We are looking for a qualified female receptionist to join our fitness and spa center located in Mabillah South. This role is open only to candidates from specific nationalities including Tanzanian, Indian, Nepali, Kenyan, and Pakistani. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, hardworking, and willing to live in the staff accommodation near the gym for full work commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk tasks, including welcoming clients and handling inquiries.
• Keep track of customer appointments, communicate with clients, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain records and handle basic office tasks like data entry using Excel and other computer tools.
• Use English effectively in communication and sales.
• Focus on boosting gym memberships and driving sales with a client-friendly attitude.

Qualifications:

• Must be from one of the following nationalities: Tanzanian, Indian, Nepali, Kenyan, or Pakistani.
• Strong skills in using Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Previous experience in customer service and office management.
• Must be fluent in English and possess good sales abilities.
• Not married to stay in the provided staff accommodation.
• Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines.
• Must be hardworking, patient, and committed to the job.
