Responsibilities
- Mobile Repairs: Perform repairs on mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns about mobile devices.
- Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels of mobile parts and accessories in the shop.
- Technical Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to their devices.
Qualifications
- Experience Required: Previous experience working in a mobile repair shop is essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mobile devices, repair techniques, and troubleshooting methods.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to interact with customers and explain repair processes.
