Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the features and benefits of aluminum products to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of aluminum products to showcase their benefits and applications.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals that are favorable for both the company and the client.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Report performance metrics to management for review.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Follow company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards during sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and effective sales techniques through continuous learning.
  • Possess a valid Omani driving license.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aluminum industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback.
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing sales.
  • High level of motivation and a results-oriented attitude.
