Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Understand the features and benefits of aluminum products to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of aluminum products to showcase their benefits and applications.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals that are favorable for both the company and the client.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Report performance metrics to management for review.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards during sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and effective sales techniques through continuous learning.
- Possess a valid Omani driving license.
