Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and fix hardware problems, including broken screens, damaged batteries, and faulty buttons.
- Replace important parts like screens, cameras, and batteries.

- Recover lost or deleted data.
- Repair hardware issues related to processors and memory.
- Perform regular maintenance to keep devices running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair.
- Education: A diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Hardware Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to use specialized tools.
- Knowledge of various operating systems, including iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills to explain technical issues to customers clearly.
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
