Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Support accounting functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement and accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and finance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of three years in a procurement or accounting role, preferably in the GCC region.
- Software Knowledge: Proficient in Busy accounting software.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
