Responsibilities
- Manage and organize project documents, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilize the SharePoint portal for document storage, retrieval, and sharing.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for both electronic and physical documents.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all documents are processed in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with documentation standards and procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on project documentation.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a contracting company in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of the SharePoint portal and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- An NOC (No Objection Certificate) is required for immediate joining.
