Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and programs in line with local laws and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate workplace accidents to determine causes and prevent future incidents.
- Provide HSE training to all team members to ensure compliance and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to uphold safety standards.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to track improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: NEBOSH/Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Safety, Health & Environment.
- Proven experience in implementing effective HSE programs on construction projects.
- Strong administrative, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance and a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
