Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales for interior fit-out projects in retail and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Leverage your existing client portfolio to secure new projects and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client communication.
- Report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, specifically in interior fit-out, MEP works, and construction.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong client portfolio in the Qatar and UAE/GCC markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Well-groomed with a pleasing demeanor; a Qatar driver’s license is required, and having your own car is an advantage.
