Responsibilities
- Install and Configure Systems: Set up and configure hardware and software for new and existing users.
- Ticket Management: Respond to support tickets following SLA guidelines, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- User Support: Provide both onsite and remote assistance to end users, addressing their technical needs.
- Audio-Visual Support: Assist with audio-visual setups for meetings and presentations.
- Workstation Setup: Prepare new workstations by deploying equipment and verifying account configurations.
- Device Management: Handle a variety of devices, including Windows and Mac OS systems.
- Active Directory Management: Utilize Active Directory for user account management and support.
- Network Understanding: Have a basic understanding of network components like switches and access points.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or an Associate degree combined with two years of tech support experience, or three years of tech support experience without a degree.
- Experience: 3-4 years in an IT support role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Windows and Mac OS devices, Active Directory, and basic networking knowledge.
