Responsibilities
- Process Technician:
- Operate and monitor injection molding, cap/preform, and PET blowing machines.
- Ensure efficient production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the operation.
- Machine Operator:
- Set up and operate injection and compression molding machines.
- Manage PET blowing, labeling, and shrink/carton packaging machines.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery runs smoothly.
- Maintenance Supervisor:
- Oversee the maintenance of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure the PET production line operates efficiently by managing technical spares and inventory.
- Lead a team of technicians and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Quality Assistant:
- Monitor the RO process and operating systems to ensure product quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the production team to uphold quality standards in the water treatment or beverage industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and water bottling industry.
- Relevant technical certifications or degrees in engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience with PET lines and water treatment processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
