Responsibilities
Planning Engineer
- Develop and manage construction project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Create detailed time schedules, including cost estimates and manpower loading.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for ongoing projects.
QS Engineer
- Review and approve material requests based on actual requirements.
- Manage subcontractors and handle invoicing processes.
Civil Site Engineer
- Oversee residential and commercial construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
MEP Engineer
- Design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with KAHRAMAA regulations and codes.
Digital Marketing Specialist
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various social media platforms.
- Focus on promoting interior design and furniture products.
Qualifications
- Planning Engineer & QS Engineer: UPDA or Civil Engineer certification preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
- Civil Site Engineer: UPDA certification preferred, with 3-5 years of experience managing residential and commercial projects.
- MEP Engineer: UPDA certification preferred, Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and strong knowledge of KAHRAMAA codes.
- Digital Marketing Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in marketing interior design and furniture products is a plus.
